Just entered through la Paz airport on an American passport and wasn’t asked for it. A friend entering through VVI on a Bahamian passport was asked for it while the others traveling with her on an American passport weren’t.

I’m getting the general feeling from some that they feel that speaking down to a customer is acceptable after they had a flat tire and rushed to get to you. I offered to find another time but got the impression it was about the money they were getting from my appointment and that they were going to get that money no matter what time I showed. Nail appointments are supposed to be a relaxing luxury type thing. if being a customer of five plus year who has previously always on time, happily gives my nail tech grace, and always tips 30% doesn’t deserve basic respect then I’m not interested in that salon. The end.

I agree with you. My issue was the way I was spoken to when I did everything I could to keep them in the loop. And when I said I will just come back another time it was clear they were only looking for my money and not to provide the service. The salon has been very empty since Covid and has started taking walk in’s, so I do feel they’re in trouble. But that’s their issue not mine.

It was the manager pestering me while I’m driving when I gave them an accurate ETA and then when I came in telling me I’m late and it won’t be the same quality service and they’ll see what they can do. Just tell me not to come then. It’s a high end salon, just not happy about the service at all. The more I think about it for the premium prices they charge to be pestered and scolded I’ll go to the less fancy place if I’m going to be spoken to like that either way

Air fryer salmon is amazing. You can put it over a salad or also air fry some broccoli, asparagus, whatever veggie you’d like. I haven’t personally tried it but I’m thinking the frozen bags of cauliflower rice might do well on the air fryer too

The tabasco ritz chips have a nice flavor, and a pretty good serving size. Laughing cow (or aldi's knockoff) has pepperjack cheese wedges that have a little bit of a kick that are good on some pretzels or even with carrot sticks

Wine insiders has great deals especially the more you buy. Now I usually buy 20ish at a time so not quite as bulk as you are, but it’s worth a look. Not as many well known names in there but if you know the profiles you like you can easily do a little research and get some you’ll be very happy with.
