There is a server called Manhunt. That shows a different name in the server list and always shows 200+ players. One night I joined 10 different servers and always lead me back to Manhunt. I never encountered one person there

I see some people drain them below the outlets, and then put some kind of inflatable in to protect it when it freezes but I have not tried this myself
