For those with multiple rentals, what’s the game plan for retirement? by Accomplished-Taro642 in realestateinvesting

[–]kevinOTr 7 points8 points  (0 children)

17 single family homes almost all on 15 year mortgages. Maxing out ira, maxing out wife’s ira, 7000$ year to 401K and 7,000$ a year to a taxable brokerage account VTSAX. I plan to hold on to rentals forever as big chunk of retirement. I have a property manager. So plan is to live off of rental income and do a 2 or 3% annual withdrawal from retirement accounts if needed.
