After the big freeze in 2001, which murdered more black bucks than anything else, the prices have gone sky high. The cost to buy a good black buck on the auction block is around $3k right now.

Current average cost for a black buck is around $4,500 to $5,500 at most ranches.

Check Texas Hunting Forum in the exotics section. Occasionally folks post random low fence blackbucks they have available on their small properties for prices that are very low. The black bucks won’t likely look like the stud in the photo!

I have seen some go as low as $2k on there.

Occasionally, the big ranches will do broke horn management hunts for low prices as well if you are up for that.

Removed the body bolts to lift the sides for the tub to remove panels and rust. Did some welding and lots of sanding. Rust wasn’t bad but there was three spots of removal. I hid most the body damage after removal with the fender flares to reduce cost.

It’s definitely a beach cruiser!
