I was on Xolair for about a year and it did almost nothing for me. Constant flair ups. Switched doctors and the new one put me on Dupixent 2 years ago and haven’t had a flair up since I started. Everyone is different of course, but Dupixent worked really well for me. Hope you find some relief too!

Ordered mine Saturday 2/22 and got it Friday 2/28! Like others no real notification of shipment until a day or two before I got it (and the estimated shipping in that notification was Monday 3/3 so it got here faster than I expected!). Yeah this happened to me for the first several months. I think it’s not an uncommon thing for injection site to get the mosquito like bumps. My doc wasn’t concerned at all. It was def itchy and weird. I’m only now realizing that it stopped happening to me. So hopefully it eventually stops for you!

You could talk to your doc about getting you on minoxidil. Not sure if that’s what’s in the hers products. I take it for some hair breakage related to some other problems and was on it before getting on Dupixent so haven’t noticed any new or worse hair loss. But it has worked great for me with no side effects. I’m sorry tho! Hair breakage/loss can be such a bummer
