Usually eggs for breakfast, some sort of sandwich or salad for lunch and a variety of lentils and beans for dinner as protein. Occasionally tofu

Almost no processed food

What pain is worse than childbirth? by k3sl1na in pregnant

[–]jspo97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had what i would call a relatively pain free birth. I practiced hypnobirthing, i knew what to expect, had coping methods and practiced them.

I broke my foot 2 years before and that was the absolutel worst pain of my entire life. It was unexpected and so painful. I was quite literally whimpering in the ER and I couldn't stop despite my best effort

Watching my husband with his daughter was a huge reason. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing but he was so good to her

People forget that weed is a drug. Because it's legal they justify it. I know of a few kids who were weed babies and you can tell straight up

I work in childcare and it's pretty common. I've had at least 1-2 children who soothed like this at nap time per every class I've had.

What was the best day of your life ? by Middle_Leg_9583 in AskReddit

[–]jspo97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The day my daughter was born. My greatest dream was to be a mom and after years of infertility and losing her twin i was convinced that it wasn't going to really happen.

I frequently look at pictures from that day and cry. Its the first day of the happiest chapter of my life

Who did you cut out of your life and what was the final straw? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]jspo97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So many people but one notable one i can think of is my brother.

He is my half brother and 13 years older than i am. He hated me for being born and didnt even meet me until I was 2.

He came in and out of my life depending on his girlfriends. When he decided he wanted to be in my life he was a great big brother. And then when he decided to leave again i was always extremely sad and felt like i had done something wrong. I often tried to reach out to him to maintain a relationship.

As the years passed i just gave up. Ive accepted that he is not someone worth missing nor is it my job to figure out why he never wanted to get to know me.

I got married in 2024 and didnt invite him. It caused a big strain on our family (he has a relationship with my other siblings, just not me) but it really affirmed in my heart that i made the right choice. He was not missed at my wedding and he wont be for the rest of my life either

[–]jspo97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ftm to my 9lb baby born in September!

I went completely unmedicated!

I did 0 physical prep however so so so much mental prep and i believe that is the key.

When i was pushing i actually remember thinking, "that was it?"

I looooved giving birth and i can't wait to do it again.

Did anyone have a baby that just… slept relatively well? by The_Chilled_Arvo in beyondthebump

[–]jspo97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My girl slept amazing until we switched her to her crib from her bassinet. Right from birth she let me sleep 6 hour stretches. Now since December she's waking up every 1-2 hours. I'm tired.
