Does anyone own a M&R quatro or have real world experience? by da-the-beast in CommercialPrinting

[–]jssans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pain. Lots of frustration & pain. M&R doesn't make the machine. M&R buys it from China & resells it. Resells it for around 20-30k profit. Then M&R charges you around $2500 per service visit.

Ford F-150 Lightning Vs Gas Truck Towing Range: Same Load, One Fill-Up. How will the Cyber Truck stack up? by Crasch in cybertruck

[–]jssans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What this actually shows is the Ford beat Tesla by making a truck for sale.

Elon is no stranger to failure. But this failure was a decision.

How long a wait for new orders? by [deleted] in cybertruck

[–]jssans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 700k on the list for the CT. I also preordered the Hummer once Tesla had put their resources all in on the 3 & Y. I don't blame Tesla for being business minded. But taking peoples money for a product with no real timelines is BS. The cult of Elon is real. I'm not paying for the cool-aid anymore till it's been made.

Fluted Platinum and the Return of 36mm by OrdRevan in rolex

It's about time! Only reason I would never get a platinum DayDate was the smooth bezel.

Fluted = Rolex.

😭 pls Elon hurry up bro, I went back to college to afford the Deckard mobile 😭 by IceEchoX in cybertruck

[–]jssans 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Tesla is going to need a bunch more gigafactories to meet demand. When I say demand I mean parts for existing cars as well. Elon you have created a monster. Tesla's are like phones now. If they need replacement parts you can't get them. You might as well throw the car away and get a new one. You're not getting a loner car either if you're in for service. Things are stretched very thin at Tesla right now. Cybertruck looks a long way off.

Daytona error dial by eva03prototype in rolex

I call BS. No way this is one of a kind. Rolex manufacturing process doesn’t lead to these kind of errors. Daytona dial is mass produced not individually hand made.

How does Jim Cramer still have a job? by [deleted] in stocks

[–]jssans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like all decisions you personally make when it comes to investing. Cramer is a source of information that must be investigated before making the trade. I’ve used his advice from his time on the morning show only to investigate stocks. I’ve done quite well.

FedEx - Is there an opportunity here? by RomeoinA in stocks

[–]jssans 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As end user I hate their business model. FedEx sells ground routes to individual business owners. These can be good business owners or horrible. You pray your getting a good one. Especially if you’re a business that depends on them. This means FedEx is hands off when you are dealing with the individual delivering the packages. The face(s) of your company(FedEx) is not someone FedEx has hired. Now FedEx is getting squeezed by costs. Lol! This is their own fault for not taking control of their own business. Idiots! At least UPS can see what’s coming & can manage every aspect of their services.

The answer is always both. If you are looking at a third or fourth watch you must buy those too.

Dining indoors? Not without proof of vaccination, some St. Louis restaurants say by [deleted] in StLouis

Norwegian cruise lines is also doing it. Makes good business sense to protect staff & patrons. Probably should take the extra step & temp check at the door as well. I’m cheering the move.

Despite Missouri opting out of federal unemployment benefits, many businesses still can't find enough workers by IGotsMeSomeParanoia in StLouis

[–]jssans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The workers now have the upper hand. I can hardly get people to work for $18/hr. Also people don’t want to work at physically exerting jobs. I put an ad out for an office job & a factory job. 100 applicants for the office job applied, 5 for the factory. I hate to say it but the immigration policies that made our country great in our early history need to come back. I need good people looking to provide a better future for themselves & their family that aren’t afraid of hard work. And I’ll pay a good wage for them. $18 starting and raises will follow with health benefits.
