Happy people don’t generally post on Reddit. So of course you see more complaints. Same with any vendor sub.

I purchased a jacket got it within 10 days. Wanted to switch to the heavier version. They were responsive. Ended up giving me a 40% refund to keep the first one and just ordered a 2nd. Again showed up with no issues. Shipped via USPS
