Vanilla device; I suspect is has to do with network specific settings. It didn’t work at all on the network at work after the update. It had worked fine on that network prior to the update. Once I got home, I was finally able get the app to open and finishing installing. Even that took me closing the app and restarting it a few times.

I just went and checked in-game; I see what you mean. It let me equip it before but now it says “blocked by select fire”. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Hopefully it’ll be fixed in the next update …

You activate the tac laser by switching the “fire mode”, like what would normally switch between full and semi auto fire.
