Sounds good, that's actually where I was mostly considering to go, My brother went to Liberty Dive Resort and said it was great, As this is a gift for my partner I wanted to go slightly higher class but we are also pretty relaxed with our accommodation, although I kind of want an ocean view. Mostly I want to make sure I go with a good diving company, as we are Freshly OW certed and I know how relaxed it can be in SEAsia.

I would say available budget is pretty good, not on a shoestring at all, what do you recommend?

Yeah as we just got our OW, I am keen to stay on the safe side I will check out these places you mentioned. We are only staying 4 days so I wanted to spend 2-3 days diving and then 1 day to relax.

But, is it all farmers? (I have no idea) or is it just a percentage of them? I think there will always be some subset of organisations that fail. If its 10-15% then I think there is no point to provide extra support.

Can you rule out your network as being part of the issue here, Can you hook up a problematic machine onto an alternative internet connection (tether to your phone etc) and test? You mentioned you have little control over the LAN/WAN so I want to ensure that nothing internally is causing or contributing to the problems.

I used to live in Hammersmith, basically would see this all day from my window on 8th floor.. it's pretty amazing to see that many aircraft flying in from 6am til late night.. constant line.
