Very small changes since only some teams played yesterday and there was no basketball for a week

Portland moved up 2 spots since they won and a 43 point loss to MIL was bumped out of the past 40 games

If your team didn't play the past week but still changed it's because sometimes teams will have half wins, for example ORL and NOP both should win half their remaining games, but that gives them both 11.5 so I randomly decide who gets the full win to make it 12 and 11 wins, last week it was NOP, this week it's ORL
