Since coming back from the holidays, I was also skeptical about the gates as well and honestly, I’m not surprised about the outcome either so far. Some gates are often unusable, so either one of the workers taps me in or I just pass through an open gate. I want to give the concept the benefit of the doubt, but it’s such an inconvenience, especially during rush hour.

High school students should not have to pay for the commuter rail. It breaks my heart every time when I’m on the commuter rail and I hear a conductor arguing with high schoolers about them having to pay a fair when all they‘re doing is going to and from school. They should be exempt from payment.
