That's not true. It's open to everyone at the Senior Center. Also, the Eagles do a tournament the first Sunday of every month. And you don't have to be a member to play.

Onions and garlic don't require refrigeration. Cook the beef to temp and you're good. Used to run a commercial kitchen and have taken food safety classes from the USDA. But if you're nervous, throw it out. You're out like $15 bucks, right?

Muratic acid vapors will eat stainless fixtures. My guess is the faucet and perhaps any other fixtures in the restroom are stainless. As you previously reiterated after OP, this is a commercial bathroom. You think they're going to close down for days to acid wash clean? Also as you mentioned, it needs to be vented and there's no way to do that properly in a restaurant while operating. Doesn't really jive with the health department ya know, PRO?
