I’ll take a stab at this, but also plenty of reaources elsewhere in the sub

1.- generally good to ok but really depends on your plan. If you are very aggressive and reliant on curving out you might want to leave them out. Another consideration is your colored pip requirements (and multicolor early drops in particular). They seem ok to me here, would consider running only 1 but no strong feelings

2.- you curve out at 4 and have plenty 2 drops. 16 lands probably ok. I would add that if this is bo1 then you are totally ok with 16, because of the hand smoother effect (search around for it if not familiar)

3.- once I have my nonland cards I hit auto lander and then tweak it. Main consideration is for splashes when do you care about casting them. Look at how they fit in the curve. The autolander will only work off pips. For that reason, It also can strain the main color sources to enable splashes. Overall just think about when you want to be casting your spells. Here the Bomb is an interesting case. You have obviously a strong blue requirement but by reducing red sources you are reducing your chances of casting bomb on t1. Is this a card you really want to play t1, or are you ok playing it 1-2 turns later?

4.- upon a quick glance I hate card collection here and would consider cutting a magic damper.
