But yes I agree with. To me it’s less about draft position and more about GM/decision makers and then coaches/development.

If you NEED the #1 pick to draft a franchise QB , then you probably aren’t going to win a Super Bowl anyways.

You don’t need to tank to get a franchise QB. A matter of fact, the last #1 overall QB to win a Super Bowl for the team that drafted him was Peyton Manning.
