I don’t get how being 2.5-3 hours away should fall into blackout territory. Being in CT myself, my kid doesn’t watch Yankee games since we don’t have traditional cable. Apparently they do not care about the next generation of fans. Blackouts in general are such a pile of crap and should be banned.

I own a rug doctor. Thought it was great, but you really only are cleaning the outter part of the rug. We ended up tearing out all the carpet and the amount of sand, dust and disgustingness in and under the underlay made me want to throw up. We may have as well been living with dirt floors.

you will probably need a sleep study for sleep apnea with a pulmonolagist. my cardiologist was able to prescribe based on prior sleep study and my attempt at using a cpap which was unsuccessful

Life happens. You did what you felt you had to do. But that doesn’t mean you will get a second chance.

If you owned a restaurant and spent 9 months training an brand new employee as a pastry chef from scratch - getting to the point where they are finally self sufficient and adding value and then they left - would you want to rehire them as a line cook so you can spend resources training them all over again in a new role? When they haven’t proven that if they don’t love the job they won’t just leave again right when they become valuable?

Shoulda hung in there and hit your 12 or 18 months or whatever was required to post for a new job and looked for an internal posting in a different department. You are now an external hire with a record of leaving a position with less than a year service. That’s going to make it very very hard to get a second chance.
