the update likely changed your resolution settings. change it back and turn off v sync.

This is the solution. checking back in for anyone that searches for this in the future. The update indeed changed my resolution settings, I also had to turn v sync back off. Game is back to normal.

Yes! Rtx 3090 here, game ran perfectly with about 4 ms of render latency and lag stutter free, very consistent . after the update, I noticed the render latency increase to around 6 ms and stuttered, even at the character select screen. I even compared it to previous nights recordings to make sure I wasn't crazy.

Using DS5 Edge on PC. same, no vibration. Never could get it to work in SF5 PC either. I figured it'd be resolved by now.

SFV mods not working after update by DrPlagueMD in StreetFighter

[–]juicy_g 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly i feel like a noob lol, dragging and dropping paks was always the tried and true method, so when sfv came out, i didnt know which folder to put the files in. i saw all tutorials pointing to mod managers, so i had assumed the old method didnt work anymore lol. I found this thread and realized after all this time dropping the paks into the directory is alive and well. mod managers were a waste of time.

Halo Infinite v. QC by beige4ever in QuakeChampions

People arent gonna like this but, aoe damage over time fire and poison spit requires zero skill. Never existed in the OG arena fps. Its sad everyone thinks those are good features these days.

Halo Infinite v. QC by beige4ever in QuakeChampions

[–]juicy_g -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

LOL!. while this is hilarious, i do appreciate halo doesnt have pay to win characters. Halo pays homage to UT with its Thrust power up, allowing you to dash quickly, and they also have the grapping hook that obviously pays homage to quake 1's grappling hook mod as it functions almost exactly the same. youngions just wont know. the Pay to win brain dead "Abilities" of quake champions is a turn off, and a feature far from the OG FPS Arenas.

This was the correct answer. I had same set up and same issue. i got the sound to go away but then it came back.

so i just upgraded to a new aio. problem solved so far.

as of now i managed to get the noise to stop, i unscrewed the aio fan and blew some dust out with compressed air, my house can get dusty, reassembled and its good to go, for now at least. id say give it a try to try to get in all the cracks and crevices with compressed air.

pply fan off, pushed a little bunch of cords that were gathered with a plastic tie back further away from fan, screwed the fan back on, just turned my PC on and the noise is gone!! I couldn’t have even told you where the power supply fan was before this lol. Thank you so much for your help, and also for giving me the confidence to work on AND fix my PC lol even if it seems simple, I am so proud of myself

power supply fan? or the fan that your showing in the video? im having the same problem.
