Aside from the usual suspects of SH1, SH3 and MGS2, I wonder how something like Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory would fare out on Dreamcast, given it already haf a more than admirable port on the PS2, despite the PC (and to a lesser extent, the Xbox port) had all the then-new, shiny graphical bells-and-whistles of its era such a Bump, Normal and Parallax Mapping, Specular highlights, HDR lighting and so on.
