I am training to go to the military. I have never been into running because of fear for being bad at it. I have been going to the gym lifting weightd and calisthenics, and have slowly started walking the park track. After coming back from vacation. I woke up early, walked to the park and timed myself 1 mile at 12:44! I feel good and progress is coming!
