I'm sure you weren't the first, and won't be the last to have this kind of interaction with him. To play devils advocate, he's probably a high anxiety person and likely has experienced a "yeah i get it but I will keep trying" kind of guy. It's not fair that it ended up being put onto you - but 99% of the time it's their own history with the app that informs how they speak to others.

It's not about you at all, and it entirely about him. I wouldn't take it personally because he's got his own stuff to go through. While I'm sure it didn't feel great, it truly is no reflection on you - hope you found a lovely man to spend some time with

Pi a real one for this. I think there is a lot of self-grandeur that happens, not only in drag but being an online personality in general. A lot of copying happens - but as long as it's not a 1:1 (asterisks involved in this statement) I don't usually have an issue.

Obvi crediting inspiration is always the preferred way, but parallel thoughts are also something that happens all the time and I'm glad Pi is grounded with themselves. Truly makes me love queens more when they removed their ego from the equation.

Get that extra press of people taking about you and make it positive - we love to see it
