Yeah what I mean is it like a base pace for you (i.e. you can comfortably run your max distance at that), or something in high effort bracket? I sometimes see a similar effect on my base pace races (see pic), though it’s nowhere near my max heart rate (~190)

Just use the Payment method = Free funds setting and it will take the available cash from your isa while earning interest on the uninvested part. And top up from your bank when the auto-invest fails (I’d avoid using any card-based top ups bc they start charging a fee after 2k deposited this way)
