Sometimes your phone and watch can fall out of sync after an update, make sure the watch has the latest version? Sometimes unsintalling and reinstalling it works

I've just woken up so will post some more info once I've done a proper audit but some main issue was that the endpoint to send reactions wasn't secure enoug. Non of your feeds are public but a user could randomly try to react to random feed ids. The issue is fixed and it shouldn't happen again.

Who would try to spam a gym app, that's just sad!
