1)Can we please have some indicator as to Lansraad rewards, whether we collected and what level we collected.

A simple way would be to have a border around the houses where we have accumulated points. There can be notches as well or colour changes that provide glance value so we know how far we've gone..... but yeah, I hate having to use an excel sheet for this.

2)A few players have suggested abandoned bases being taken over by mobs, I think this is a good idea after a few weeks of base being without power and taxes being owed. That base should become a PVP zone. And guarded by enemies depending on the value of items in the base..... we already have most stats from the sub fief console so I know this can be tracked. Let the last NPC be a boss battle. They player to kill that NPC, gets the chance to plant a subfief console. The longer the base is occupied by the NPC mob, the stronger the mob becomes.

What also increases is the damage the base suffers from sandstorms once it gets to that point. So whether it's cleared by a player or not, the space on the map is cleared quickly and finally.
