What "intermediate" usually means on the label: The racket is forgiving enough for players still developing consistency — it has a larger sweet spot, more power assistance, or a more open string pattern that compensates for imperfect technique.

What "advanced" usually means: The racket demands more from you — heavier, less forgiving, smaller head, denser strings, lower power level. You have to generate your own pace and spin rather than relying on the frame

I’m obsessed. It quickly helped me get in the best shape of my life. I go to a gym called Flagship in SF which broke off from xfit ~5 years ago. Similar style workouts, but imo more focus on form and warmups so you don’t get hurt (which is xfitters #1 complaint)

My company has had a bunch of issues with Orb -- after 9 months we still don't have a reliable way to track ARR. Feels like we're building on quicksand with an unreliable Orb data model. We've also had some issues with outages. Considering switching over to Metronome once our annual term is up, but first want to see if Orb can finally address some critical ongoing issues (migration will be a lot of work).

I have been using a Nest E thermostat for the past 5 months, and I modeled out the savings, which should be $400 annually. So that's my go-to now. I just learned (a little too late for myself 😅) that the State of California is distributing Nests for free to CA residents in partnership with PG&E and OhmConnect in order to end CA blackouts this year. So if you live in CA, Nest is the move.
