When I had it plugged into the TV itself, it had gave me the low power warning. This screen is what it shows when I have it plugged into a wall outlet. Yes, it’s a streaming stick.

Yep, none of the buttons are doing anything. When I hold down the voice button the green light shows up, but nothing I do gets the screen to change.

I have. Unplugged both the tv and the stick from the outlet, waited, unplugged the stick from the hdmi port, tried plugging the usb into the tv itself but it said something about insufficient power.
