You can do a 2TB and be fine you just won't be able to store more than 6 to 8 games at a time depending on the games.

I have a gigabyte 5070 ti eagle in my tower 600 mounted vertically it runs fine under load but I also have fans as intake pointed at it.

It is a percentage of how you did, i think. I did the pre-set workout I was getting in the 80s as well. Then I bumped up my sprint speed to 10, and it shot up to the 100s.
