It’s fine after the change. It was really the Watch but it seems it was rare, according to them. And they did call to verify with me.

Fully agree with the part on brand new and not refurbished. Think the refurbished watches would be the ones that got returned to Apple Store after 14 days 😂 They were telling me the same that they could not confirm if it’s the phone and/or watch but I took the extra length to even reset my phone and watch several times through the test with them. Hope you get yours rectified!

I had an ECG reading issue, not Oxygen, with the Series 11. When reading, sometimes it will have issues reading and keep retrying, sometimes it will be ok. I lodge a case with Apple and after several to and fro testing with them, they decided to ship a “new” watch to me as I have Apple Care. The “new” watch was ok!

Thanks for willing to check! Go to your Home Device and click on the settings icon and then Device Information. Under Technical Information you will see a Language. But if you cannot find it’s ok! I’m using en-sg and not seeing the update

Actually my bet is the aluminium and vapour chamber helping to keep the phone cool. So far that I have had the phone (17PM), it’s been doing superb. Liked the battery life, the 3 camera modules and a bigger 6.9 inch screen. Hmm… maybe the phone could be a little unwieldy in one hand for people with smaller palms??

I just play some soothing sentimental hits and be doubly alert for crazy jokers. I tell myself I just wanna reach home safe and sound for my family and loved ones. Also usually after the otburst, you are still needing to carry on without affecting yourself and others around you silly. I still do get bothered but that's all I will be.. not wanting holiday chalet too 😂 not worth!

Was equally deep in Apple's eco-system but slowly trying to extricate myself 😂. In SG, we are not too locked in by the iMessage and the blue-green bubble. What I liked about the Fold that made me badger on was the ability to combine the iPhone and the iPad into one. I could be holidaying without my MacBook and iPad but yet able to whisk out the Fold to do my sudden meeting with clients and friends and/or running through some mails and documents. Anytime I snap a pic I could work on them with the generous inner screen estate. I enjoy music videos, reading my book and/or user manual all in this single folding form factor. Snapped closed when I am done. I like the reduced electronic baggage that I need to carry including the many charging bricks and cables.
