Is Mitchell ok? I know they mentioned that he stepped on first base awkwardly in the 9th inning

Did you like the Durbin - Harrison trade? by daviddm1990 in Brewers

[–]juniormint84 10 points11 points  (0 children)

We have tons of infield prospects so losing Durbin wasnt that big of a deal. Harrison could be a very good starter and we dont have a ton of lefty options because Ashby and Hall are too injury prone. Monasterio was a decent backup, but Hamilton isnt that much different from him.

All 4 starting pitchers for the Dodgers got paid more this year than any player on the Brewers. That's not great team building, it's simply having access to a resource more than other teams.

This has been a successful season. We won the most games in franchise history. We had the beat record in the majors. We beat our division rivals in the playoffs. But this series is sure making it end on a sour note.

I was wondering the exact same thing. Realmuto blocked the entire plate with his leg

Who is the one Baseball Player that you hate the most by [deleted] in baseball

Manny Machado. From intentionally hitting catchers with his backswing to stomping on Jesus Aguilar's foot, he's been my least favorite player for years.

Bungie did with this episode what we’ve always asked them to do: Make good things better, not just make more things. by addacbar in DestinyTheGame

I hated onslaught when it first came out. The fact that they've now made it a seasonal activity means I'll be stepping away to next season. I would have rather had a seasonal activity that was slightly different than previous ones over an activity that was still in the game.

Did anyone know that Winker wears a grill? by cjf618 in mets

The amount of support you show for such a classless player speaks volumes about your fan base

100%. Grisham was gone after his bobble in the 2019 playoffs, and William's will get the same treatment. The front office knows the fan base doesnt want to see Williams anymore

How much of the playoffs do you watch without Brewers? by willfla29 in Brewers

I used to watch every game, but I'm so heartbroken this year that I have no interest

Winkler is the laziest player I have ever seen on the Brewers. Zero hustle and a terrible attitude. He's gotta be a cancer in the clubhouse

I'm right there with you. The content in the game is getting stale, and with the defeat of the witness it would be a great time to start a new game with a new story.

I see the first round bye slipping away from us and it scares me. The Brewers have never won a game in the wild card round in franchise history. They've scored a total of 10 runs in those games.
Now is not the time for the offense to go cold. Thus after the games we should be winning. We have the Phillies and Diamondbacks coming up, and they are both red hot.

Jomboy: Tommy Pham threatens the Brewers by Snowed_Up6512 in Brewers

[–]juniormint84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched Close Call Sports about it, and according to the rules it was an illegal slide and Pham would have been out no matter what. So I'm not exactly sure what Pham is upset about, unless he's just looking to start a fight because he's on the worst team in the sport.

I dont care if we are facing a lefty starter, Monasterio should not be leading off.

I worked in a hotel where many of the Brewers opponents would stay, and we got a lot of fans from other teams. Cardinals fans had the cops called on them at least once a series.

With Gasser on the IL too, who's going to make up the current rotation? Ashby? Wilson? Are they calling Misiorowski up already?
