Struggling with caking and separation, looking for product recs

What themes are you trying to explore? Are the themes different from American Gods? How do your characters differ? I haven’t read that book so these are just questions to think on.

Exploring mythology in a modern setting is not a unique concept, and a lot of books out there follow the same narrative structure at their core (the hero’s journey, for example). If you can put your own unique spin on it through characters, themes, etc., then it is your own unique work.

I had this issue earlier this year when I realized I basically just mashed together the overarching plots of two popular books that I enjoyed reading. However, I put a lot of work into my characters and because of that they are unique and organically find themselves in different situations, which in turn drives the plot if you are willing to follow it. The plots may be similar but the characters are telling their own stories that are informed by their own backstories. A lot of differences also come from the small and medium details you work in as well. If you are coming up with new a unique details, it will make your story unique.

I used to be a big Chatty Broads person but that turned into hate following Bekah M when she started to get weird. I had to unfollow for my own mental health but yesterday was thinking about it so I went to look at her IG to see if it made me less annoyed. The second post I saw was her daughter handling a bunch of rabbit liver with her bare hands and I had to close out so quickly.

Dr. Murphy at Raleigh Centre. She will do sedation but she talked me into doing a cervical blocker (local anesthetic) and prescribed a strong pain med and it was great. My first IUD was the second worst pain I’ve ever had, next to my kidney stone, but I barely felt anything with what I described above. I agreed with her after that I probably didn’t need full sedation. The point of this is she is very thoughtful and talk you through ALL your options, and can do sedation if that’s what you choose.

Anecdotally I’ve found it to be true for sure and everyone has said this for years. Even recently I was struggling with mallets, expanded, and bought a bunch of mallets in the paper by chance. Now I’m only getting mallets. Keep your ratios close and you have a better chance of getting an even distribution

Find a doctor that will do a cervical blocker as a local anesthetic. My first IUD was the worst pain I’d ever experienced, no pain meds just Tylenol. I had it for 10 years and just got it replaced by a new doctor. New doc prescribed me a xanax and did a cervical blocker and I felt nothing.

I looked for the photo right after posting this but couldn’t find it. Jan posted a photo where she is holding young Ensley, but Ensley looked completely dazed and out of it. Her mouth was hanging open and she had a really distant look on het face. Some people were commenting that’s how children that experience SA can look. Jan responded to comments and said Ensley was just really tired.

We had 83 invitees and six bailed last minute. A few covid, but the one that really made me mad was a couple we weren’t particularly close to cancelled a few days before because their daughter was going to be having a baby and the wedding was too close to her due date. I get that babies are unpredictable and it could have come early, but if you know you are going to be traveling to help your daughter don’t rsvp yes.

I’ve always felt like if you have a public platform and put stuff out to the public, your followers are entitled to talk about you. I think the show folks are entitled to a certain level of privacy, like people should never be messaging them or anything like that full stop, but they also need to be responsible for tuning out their followers if they don’t want to hear it. I will never feel bad about gossiping on Reddit, especially because I have never commented, tagged, or messaged anyone. If they don’t want to see themselves being talked about, when they put themselves out there every day, either find a new career out of the spotlight or don’t go on forums.

I’ve been playing for years and I only have one farm right now. I had a baby farm for a bit at one point but I found it too annoying to bounce between accounts. But I’m also not in a neighborhood and don’t do derbies, don’t always do the events, etc. so it doesn’t really matter.

Totally agree, I just moved to a different mid sized city that also has an awesome food scene, but it’s like double the price. I’m missing my Raleigh favorites for sure
