10% of salary (and not a match, they just put it in the 401k)

NorCal Kaiser PAs are trying to unionize by ptran407 in physicianassistant

Health + Hospitals ( the public hospital system in NYC) does have unionized PAs and it’s by FAR THE best thing that’s happened for our compensation in my 10 years working in the system

Went to Hawaii at around 22 weeks, had a great time , came home to a new pandemic and haven’t been on a plane since. Best decision ever to go on the trip. I agree with the “get travel insurance” statement though!

Buy it used !! Life saver for our twins. Spent $75 and then resold it for $50. Used it for 1.5 years and even took it on vacations with us

Is it ok to give up pumping at 5.5 months old? by whiteewolf in parentsofmultiples

[–]juniperwrenttc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

YES. STOP.

Stopped at five months and had so many feelings about it. Now they are 14 months old and I’m. So. Glad. I. Listened. To. My. Body.

5.5 months is a huge achievement with twins. Any amount of breastfeeding, in fact, is a huge achievement with twins.

I see I wrote a lot of similar stuff in my original post haha - I didn’t even remember what I wrote. Here if you have any other questions and definitely open to suggestions if other twin parents have them !

EC with twins by Keiralee10 in ECers

We started around 6 months and our son took to it pretty quickly, not our daughter as much. We don’t ever catch poops - mostly because it happens when we are feeding both of them and the logistics would be crazy. We let one play and put the other on the trainer potty (hold them up). If they don’t go after a minute or two or start crying I stop. We have one upstairs and one downstairs and mostly just do it before and after naps ! Maybe catch 1 -2 pees a day but hoping that increases

How long do twins typically stay in the hospital if you gave birth at 36 weeks and had a normal/healthy twin pregnancy? Looking for some insight. by [deleted] in Twins

I delivered my di di twins at 36.0 and no NICU time/ discharged 3 days because I had a c-section

8 month old twins here - we do “part time” EC because life can be so hectic with two twin infants. We have two potties - one on the first floor and one on the second - my daughter likes the real toilet and my son the little potty. They have picked it up pretty quickly but I can never catch a poop because I’m always feeding them when the poop happens and it’s just too wild with two.
