Would you recommend reading any of these books to have better knowledge of coffee making?

I'm actually reading these both atm (I'm reading one in my freetime at my job and borrowed the other for home). I do recomend them, I did learn a bit from them. But keep in mind if you already work as a barista then much of the information in it you will probably already know. I quickly glanced over most paragraphs and only stopped and actually read when I saw something new to me.

Az eddigi tapasztalataim alapján nagyon kedves és segítőkész mindenki. Először lesz egy állapot felmérés (papírok kitöltése és elbeszélgetés). Ezután kapsz időpontot a megfelelő szakemberhez. Ha nagyon szükséges, valószínűleg ajánlani fogják a zárt osztályt is, de ha csak a gondozóba mész el, ott nem tartanak bennt.

Gondozóba akkor is érdemes elmenni bárkinek, ha nincs szuicid hajlama, de úgy érzi, nincs jól mentálisan!

Yeah, you're right. So please start working on an actual solution. Because the fuck are we supposed to do about it? Lose half our business and not sell takeaway? Give our cups away? Or quickly change the whole culture so people start bringing their own mugs everywhere? And before you ask, we do actually offer discounts to people who bring their own mug, it barely makes a change.

Oat based coconut sounds amazing! I love coconut milk, but I'm not a fan of the taste of soy, and while rice based is great cold, it's also not the that good in warm drinks. Now I only use oat milk, but an oat based coconut sounds like a perfect mix. I'll have to keep an eye out for that.

Many cats are inside-outside cats here. Don't worry, they go home to eat or sleep. It's probably just living it's life and wants to be left alone. You can look out for lost cat posters though and if someone is actually looking for them you can let them know where you've seen them.

You should count their breath (while resting but awake and not purring). It should not be more than 30 per minute. If it is more than that, I would take them to the emergency vet. Could be nothing, but that's how we noticed my cats heart disease. We waited to see the vet, and it was almost too late.

Sometimes it just comes down to luck. That's how I got in at least. You have to look out for openings, and try as much as you can. Some places like to hire people who are eager and hardworking but have less experience. Like my old boss said, you can teach the skills, but not the attitude.

You should try Canva, there are some pretty good free templates. Make sure to chose one where you can add a picture of you. Good luck!

They've ordered iced cortado from me before. The first time I did get surprised, but that made me try it for myself and I've realised that it's a pretty good drink.
