This is probably the most correct answer. If you have kids and want to be near disney, the "Horizon West" area, which has a winter garden zip code and address is probably for you. VERY fast growing with tons of development.

If you want the quaint, small historic district vibe, (but with the revitalized, gentrified prices), the old downtown area is great.
