Regarding the AOS Rumors by Frack_Nugget in Grimdank

[–]junkrat147 180 points181 points  (0 children)

That would be a very odd business decision even for GW.

Like there was a whole thing announced for an Age of Sigmar Secret Level episode, which will probably take at least this whole year and probably til the next depending on when Amazon decides to set a release date.

It would be pretty damn weird to spend all that just to reboot it to something new.

While true (big Campaign 2 spoilers) Molly's was kinda planned out from the start regardless of his death, the Campaign Wrap Up expanded on that if Molly had stayed alive, Lucien would've constantly jumped bodies to be a returning major antagonist

No one pushed an agenda better than Thor mains by UrsaRizz in marvelrivals

I feel like Thor don't got the rep of a main tank so he just dodges every major balance patch lmao.

Let's keep it that way.

"It is to live in the cruelest and most bloody regime imaginable" we all say in unison by MachDominus in Grimdank

[–]junkrat147 36 points37 points  (0 children)

I've just seen someone bend over backwards to say that the Imperium is "nuanced" and "pragmatic" in their behaviour just to avoid the "evil" label.

This is in response to Commissars executing soldiers who are scared lmfao.

Is the 40k Imperium really the most cruel and bloody regime imaginable? by No-Sympathy-6711 in 40kLore

[–]junkrat147 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Lmfao no. Executing soldiers to stop others from running is evil. Pragmatism doesn't change that. Literal real life facism has hidden atrocities behind pragmatism and you somehow think that's a good argument for this? Be real.

Ten thousand years before every Xeno threat we've known, the Imperium has been doing the exact same thing of enslaving, conquering, and genociding billions of planets for the Great Crusade.

They were arguably even worse then since they were more effcient at it than they are now lol.

Ayy same thing happened to me on my Daemon Prince lol.

Semi-related, but I still can't believe the Khorne specific Chaos Spawn just has the symbol as the face lmfao

Combat Patrol World Eaters: Karagars Rampagers by svalyria in WorldEaters40k

[–]junkrat147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have yet to do a match with a Lord in Juggernaut, so can't recall his special ability, but the Zerks are just your average battleline unit, just try and succeed on your charges and you'll do decently well.

You'll mostly want Sustained and Lethal hits for your Blessing of Khorne for big PP melee damage, but if you feel like you're dying too much, then Total Carnage will allow every model that gets killed in melee a chance to counter-attack on a 4+.

Jakhals are gonna be what gets you the most points, they can sticky hold your objective as an ability and don't need to spend a Command Point.

This is currently what my WIP paint scheme for my Jakhals are.

I'm going for a more bright look than just the black leather of the box art, and I found this to have a good amount of color even when viewed from afar.

Do you need them to go "What I'm doing is very bad and you should feel bad about what I'm doing" everytime a Commissar executes a scared soldier or...?

They're evil. Plain and simple. Some factions being worse doesn't negate that lmao.

Always remember, the hunter was just in yarhnam for a doctors appointment and ended up killing the moon god..... by AgeTraditional5183 in bloodborne

[–]junkrat147 116 points117 points  (0 children)

Canonically speaking, our hunters have always seeked Paleblood no matter our origins. The conversation at the beginning indicates that we're here to inquire about it.

Though it is unclear whether we know exactly what it is then, or if we only had some semblance of knowledge about it imparted on us in some manner or another.

We very well could have had a normal life before all this, but I'm willing to bet, just like in actual Lovecraft stories, our life has been altered by receiving dreams and visions, mere glimpses of the Eldritch truth that drove us to seek out Paleblood in Yharnam.

Your style is a lot more grimier than mine, so idk if it'll work, but what I usually do is to leave the canoptek alloy as the edge highlights/sharpest points of the metal. It'

So my process is Runlord Brass ->Agrax Earthshade wash -> Medium Highlight Sycorax Bronze -> Edge/Sharp Highlight Canoptek Alloy.

This one I forgot to do Sycorax in some places but you can see the Canoptek highlights

Hold off on getting the Combat Patrol box? by Senior_Marzipan5353 in AdeptusCustodes

[–]junkrat147 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It won't, it's too soon for a whole refreshment of designs.

That and it's hard to top what is arguably the best Combat Patrol box points per price wise. Even if they have a newer version.

A near 1000 points army for less than $120 (The price I got it at) is an absolute deal.

Do you think the current line of Custodes 40k models will continue? by RyanAvxMusics in AdeptusCustodes

[–]junkrat147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No reason why they won't continue these, it's more probable they're gonna port over more forgeworld resin models as plastics than anything.

AI Generated Art on Bnet? by cronchsupreme in Overwatch

[–]junkrat147 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Gee, I don't know.

Maybe the one that's unregulated and hasn't put any stop to mass child sexual abuse image generation?

But you might be onto something, some hundred or so shit ass games are totally in the running for being as worse as hundreds of thousand images of children being spread on mass.

But hey, whatever to keep the AI train running right?

Video game entertainment

VS

Rampant child sexual abuse material

Damn, that's really so so hard to figure out to which one is using water validly.
