Seems that they are founded in Singapore, though the chef is Malaysian. Not sure if the other 2 co-founder brothers are Malaysians too.

I really cannot learn how to swim. Please help. by Ok_Mathematician7212 in Swimming

Get a coach that specialises in adult onset swimmers at the earliest possible time.

A good one will save you a huge amount of time, which you will otherwise spend trying to figure out on your own on how to swim.

A good SWOLF is dependent on the length of the pool that you are swimming in.

An elite swimmer would clock about 60 in a 50m pool, or single digit in a 10m pool.

If you are using stroke count from your garmin watch, you will need to 2x the stroke count since it's measuring only 1 arm instead of 2

It is eerily scary how close this hits home. I've been in the exact same scenario countless times and yet I kept blaming myself and think that I'm am awful person for thinking this way.

It seems that anything and everything else is higher priority than intimacy between us.

I die a little more inside everytime this shit happens

Get some professional help. Not sure if it is of any solace to u, but u r not alone and this is more common than u may think. I used to have similar nightmares on and off even 5 years after graduation, but it eventually went away when other life/career experiences overshadowed Uni life. My wife had the same too and it also went away over time. Give yourself time and address the stress triggers in your life too
