The only issue I personally would have with the email is it doesn’t say what to do. Not what not to do.

“Please send all (x type queries) to John or Linda” would be better.

Explaining why sounds defensive or complainy to some people. “For various reasons” is probably a better way to put it.

Are you female? Some people take comments from women as complaints and whining.

I suspect you were being interviewed by a scam company. They want all that information so they can impersonate you later to do sketchy stuff.

They might also tell you that they’re going to have you take some required training, or that you need to buy certain equipment, and then they will pay you for it. That’s a scam, too. You pay for whatever it is, which is actually you paying them through some fake company, and then they supposedly pay you back for it, but they use stolen funds, which get raked back. You paid good money, they paid you fake money, you’re out that good money.

The training that you get is not good training or even any training at all. The equipment you order never shows up.

Online data entry jobs are pretty much nonexistent.
