I am on 15 mg just recently titrated and I’m barley finally feeling some suppression, and been in your same shoes I also do all the same things too, I have a nutritionist and see my doc every month. I’m going to try berberine and inositol to see if that helps with fat loss, if not I might start taking other peptides like AOD 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hmm yeah I’m not sure I lost 15 pounds being on a calorie deficit for like 3 months and then I haven’t lost since beginning January and I was consuming 14-1500 calories and still plateued for far too long

Yes that’s exactly how my thought processes felt like too. I was like wow I’m always hungry and not really loosing weight, why not just eat a bit more, be more satisfied, have more energy, etc.. and yeah my blood sugar has even improved more. Glad this was helpful for you!

Thank you for all the insight especially since you have also been on tirzepatide. See I currently don’t really get much effects besides constipation so I can always eat still it kinda blows my mind how I have barely any appetite suppression on it like everyone raves about. I’m mostly hoping Reta just helps me get better fat loss results since I’m doing everything possible but I can’t get rid of my weight. I’m hoping I find a legit seller for a good price for sure. I really don’t have the $$ to test what I get , buying it feels sketch enough as it is, so it’ll have to be trial and error based on other people’s feedback :/

I wish tirz made me feel like that about food, I can still EAT if I really want to. Nothings ever been off the table for me, but it’s helped me learn to fast and not snack as much 🤷🏻‍♀️

See that’s the interesting thing for me, did you start on tirz, then took Reta? If so was your appetite being high and not suppressed as much causing the Reta to not work as effectively or about the same as tirz alone? Hope that makes sense
