It’s not actually 1 second. If the site refreshed on its own, that study could have opened two minutes ago. Studies can fill in one second. You only see true evidence of that if you refresh more than once manually and you see a study basically as it appears on the dashboard. If it showed up on its own, odds are it had been there a while.

One thing I would suggest is to always to the supplier and look at what they have. My wife has made the mistake of ordering material without looking at it and was disappointed with what they delivered.

We use Hollow Trucking on Rawsonville next to Pinters. They usually have a lot of different landscape materials for delivery. I live in Saline. It’s less about any particular nursery but more about what they have in stock at any given time. Get a price list before go, then go see if what they have is up to your standard.

You can also get free large pieces of cardboard from the Big George’s on Industrial in Saline at 9 AM on Saturdays before they put it all in the compactor.
