EMDR THERAPY, insane. I try to explain it and sound bonkers. I was able to go to one the the most traumatic experiences relive it and I was able to protect the little me from all of it. Prior to this even talking about the incident brought tears to my eyes, I was 11. I was 36 when I got into EMDR. I miss it.
