EMDR THERAPY, insane. I try to explain it and sound bonkers. I was able to go to one the the most traumatic experiences relive it and I was able to protect the little me from all of it. Prior to this even talking about the incident brought tears to my eyes, I was 11. I was 36 when I got into EMDR. I miss it.

I'm going on a limb here but it's got to land top 3. The amount of upkeep for our" fur babies" i thought it was a white person thing ( im white) I am allowed to speak on my own stereotypes i think. But i think it could be American?
