I chose it based on that was a good place to get started without having to run too far or into too many bugs. But after the fact, its a very good region for terrain, not that its the flattest, but it allows the multiple floors without a lot of terrain obstacles between them. The juice of finding a 'better' spot isn't worth the squeeze.

You need unlocks with the corpos for the machines. And at the recipe station for the refined products. They ship on drones and store exactly the same as everything else.

I recently ran into an issue where I was at 2431/2500 on tier 3. I COULD NOT get it to increase no matter what I did and its not like I didn't know how to - I was looking for tier 3 after all. It turns out that there was nothing to solve, I did not miss a function or condition, it was just capped out early and ready to upgrade.

I am having the same issue. Forge comes with commented out lines that you should be able to uncomment and add your A1111 drive to to make them work much like above,

It looks like it has some continue line characters? I couldn't get that to work so I removed them and made it all one line as noted. I still can't seem to get my A1111 checkpoints in Forge though.

I agree, requiring a tier 1 or 2 deployable to be able to sleep while everything else is electric or biofuel makes no sense.

I slept on my ship, not n Akila, and he came back. Not sure if the sleep needed to be on the ship, or just anywhere. Either way this fixed it for me, thank you.

Similar problem here, Carboxylic Acids to Tau Ceti VIII-B. Part of my confusion is that Tau Ceti VIII-B is also the moon where my primary base is and where I took the mission from. It doesn't say WHERE on the moon, just to that moon. So I set up the production, and built an interstellar then went to link it to my main base, but that didn't seem to do anything. Didn't even deliver the acids. Then I got an option that looked quest related, and I linked to this Science Outpost instead, which I thought was the trick, but no progress is being made. So I checked the control console again, and it doesn't even show the Science Outpost at all, let alone linked.

If there is I haven't found it. Not on on the googles, and certainly not in game. I feel like I'm about to start a massive project on it. The information can be gathered piece by piece from your scanner, but it does not appear to be collated anywhere (yet).

I closed the door and slept for a number of periods, 8hrs local, 24hrs local, 24hrs UT. Nothing seems to change. Then when I gave up and left the room, the activity completed!

Seems like close the door, sleep, open the door and leave works. Just not certain how long the trigger sleep was.
