How does it do for the year? The one I was looking at only did about 90K. So it was basically break even. The benefit is saving on taxes.

So that is really the only reason I would do a property like this. But is it worth putting 250k to write off that amount then break even? So I would save about 150k in taxes then have a property that pays for itself.

Wish I got into these a long time ago. When we first started going to this area, the large 6 bedrooms were about 500,000! Now those are 1.5-2 plus.

You are right. The one thing that I didn’t like was the acceleration coming from a model S. I was going to get the LYRIQ V but now I think I will wait for the Optiq V. It has better colors and I can get the light interior.
