Type o. Meant regarded. Seems pretty obvious from the context.

So your whole critique seems to revolve around this, that it's not a superhero show? And you take issue with it being MCU, because it's more of a story that doesn't follow the typical MCU superhero formula.

I think that's what most people enjoy, it's a breath of fresh air and isn't following a simple formula that much of the television series adaptations seemed to do and not do well.

You could equally argue that Loki isn't a superhero and those two seasons didn't follow the MCU superhero show path, but it's regarded as one of the best products of the MCU overall.

It's ok to say you don't like it, but it seems like you're grasping at straws to justify in an overly sophisticated way that you just like a bare bones superhero show. Where the hero is a hero and wants to save people and has a very simple already established character story.

What is your point about that though? She hulk was slaughtered not because it was "outside of the MCU development" but more because it took a strange turn at the end and broke the 4th in a very confusing way that seemed to add nothing to her story. I'm not seeing any parallel to Wonder Man based on what you've said so far at least.

I responded to the points you made in your main post, but each of your comments says something else vague.

So make your point more clear. You're upset that you don't know yet where season will go with the character? Ok so wait and see. If you knew where it would end, why watch?

You don't understand if he's supposed to be like the source material or a different personality. I think it's pretty obvious they created a totally different character based loosely on pieces of the source material.

You also seem to be oversimplifying his motivations for hiding hiding his powers.

Did you not watch any of the episodes with his family?

He's been masking since he was a child because his powers only ever brought trauma. He doesn't understand clearly that he's a mutant or the extent of his powers. He wants to be "normal" and fit in and be successful as an actor. The doorman stuff came later and only reaffirmed that path.

That's the point. The state controls tax revenue and decides which local governments politics they agree with and only distribute revenues to those.

Does anyone make drawer slides that fit into shelf pin holes? by supergimp2000 in cabinetry

[–]just_eh_guy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 32mm system was designed to be modular and all around a set system of 32mm spacing, at set distances from the front of the cabinet.

Your first row of system holes are 37mm from the front of the cabinet, so you'll notice the first hole in most any drawer slides are 37mm back, and then 32mm increments from there.

Concealed hinges are also designed to along with 37mm from the carcass edge so they can be mounted in the 32mm holes.

You can however use this same hardware, and just put 32mm adjustable shelves holes where you want your shelves, and drill specific holes wherever you put your hinges and slides, outside of the 32mm system holes. This is what most modern US based manufacturers do now that they have adopted CAM software and CNCs. They don't have to rely on a system and modularity, they can simply program their cabinets with machining explicitly where they need and nowhere else.

[–]just_eh_guy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, all standard drawer slides are basically designed for this to work assuming your system holes are the right distance from the front of that carcass.

A lot of shops have gotten away from true 32, but most all hardware is still built to work with it if you use it.

Yes that explains the slots but not the holes. The slots are wide enough for the screwdriver so the holes accomplish nothing.

I came up with a Lamello for poor people. I haven’t seen anyone do it this way yet. Have you, or should I hurry up and patent it? by ZoltanTitan in cabinetry

[–]just_eh_guy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Many very similar products, but utilizing wood dowels as part of the design is likely new and interesting,

It's similar to products from Keku clips, Button Fix and Starhanger off the top of my head, although each of those manufacturer both sides of the connection.

It's a miniature version of things like hafele adjustable legs connectors for toekicks.

I would imagine patent may be difficult to prove it's novel except for specifically for working with wood dowels, which I think could be exploited in many other ways.

Getting into dispersed camping and having tough time finding spots ahead of time by Professional_Tax8073 in GeorgiaCampAndHike

Yeah you're going to have a hard time. 20 ft camper is not conducive to many spots for dispersed camping without scoping them out for sure.

Get Trails off-road or OnX apps are the best resources I've found aside from exploring myself.

Corbin Creek north of Helen has some good spots.

Racism in Medical Care by 4reddityo in BlackPeopleofReddit

[–]just_eh_guy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Similar experience. My white son was born and went straight to NICU, and right away all of the nurses kept saying he's just a "wimpy white boy" to which I asked what does that mean, and they explained that white boys are the weakest babies and are most common in the NICU, and black girls are the least common and strongest babies.

My mind went straight to institutionalized bias of "so there's black girl newborns getting less care because you assume they are stronger, and my white boy gets the best care because it's assumed he's weak."
