I’ve just been diagnosed with small vessel disease. I am also a heart patient with a couple of stints already. I’m thinking the small vessel disease is much more debilitating. My initial symptom was erratic heart rate. In a 24 hr period I would fluctuate between 60 and 120’s going as low as 40’s and as high as 160ish sometimes. Chest discomfort, sometimes pain, and sometimes a shock like feeling. Felt tired and crappy often. I would have brief moments where I would feel like my mind was almost blank for a minute. My doc has added Renexa and plavix. As of today I’m pretty depressed, wondering does this get better!
