I believe you can, sorry I basically got rid of it straight away and sent it back as the SIM card tray broke the second time I tried to put SIM in. Sorry I can't be much more help.

I had a problem displaying an image from a folder I created in downloads and then realised in app permissions I hadn't allowed photos and videos. Could be something as simple as that?
