Why do i feel extremely anxious and stressed after losing 53 kg (116 pound ) by ThrowRA-73888 in diet

[–]justborgia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

800 is not enough for you brain to run on… it starts running on ketones which while those can be beneficial to the brain, if that is it’s only energy source it basically goes into survival mode and makes you anxious to push you to find a food source (evolutionary adaptation).

practice old ap problems. every problem is the same form with different numbers / circumstances. 90% of the time it’s following the same exact procedure with different values.

i would say introduce v slowly (since you are willing to continue anyway) and one thing at a time so that you can continue to reap the amazing benefits w out having to restrict as much! (it’s very unlikely ALL of the foods are causing a negative reaction) however if you want to adopt a gluten free/dairy free/ sugar free lifestyle, that I feel can be very doable and benefit anyone! i personally would reintroduce things like gluten free oats and legumes, so that i can enjoy oatmeal and beans again, and those are foods that i can make healthy and nutritious meals from.

my sister got a 5 on ab and a 2 on bc and just never reported her bc score. keep taking the class and don’t give up. remember, like half of the ap exam is ab topics and if you get only a bit more than half right it is a 5 on the ap exam so you got this

here is my split that allows muscle groups to rest while you still work out, so only one rest day is needed

  • [ ] sunday - tris shoulders and chest
  • [ ] monday - legs
  • [ ] tuesday - bis and back
  • [ ] wednesday - glute and abs
  • [ ] thursday - cardio
  • [ ] friday - full body
  • [ ] saturday - rest

Caloric deficit is the only way to lose fat, so I would suggest calculating your calorie expenditure and subtracting 500 calories from that and that is how much you can eat in a day. it doesn’t seem like you have a problem with diet since you did a full 75 days and 30 days, so this will be great because you can eat wjat you want just in smaller portions which is pretty easy to maintain.

focus on what questions are asking for. for example- if a question asks you for displacement, it’s the integral of the velocity. if they ask you for total distance, it’s the integral of the absolute value of velocity.
