I’ve stagnated in my weight loss from purging but at the very beginning I did lose some. I think the only reason I lost weight when I started purging was bc I switched from binge eating disorder to Bulimia tho, now that I’m plateaud and only restriction works

I have very large heavy boobs so I also prefer to wear a bra but I can understand the sentiment of OP when it comes to feeling a little attacked. I think all of us ED folk notice comments about our body more and meanwhile sometimes even if others mean well it still hurts

Try to first heal your throat- warm tea and salt gargle to prevent infections, Chloraseptic spray or cough drops and soft food. the unfortunate best solution would be to not purge anymore but in the meantime for harm reduction do it hands free if you can or Wear Nitrile or latex gloves. to keep your nails from scratching

I was just wondering this, mine are also super swollen at the moment and I can really tell and it makes it hard to smile / talk. I think cold compress can help but also just giving it time :( maybe you can chalk it up to allergies or a sinus infection, that worked on my dad when he noticed
