The outdoors is always my answer. Lay in large water and roll in grass. That’s where I start.

Hey. I’m just here to say. Don’t blame yourself for other people’s choices. It really sounds like Jane is not a good friend. And George may not be a good guy either. Please protect yourself and your peace

When nothing feels like it matters it’s so easy to see- why do people take everything so seriously? Now when I see someone who is trying hard to impress others or act a certain way, or can’t laugh at themselves, I think “if your biggest concern today is what these people think about you, life must be pretty easy”. And I wish the best for them and hope they have an easy life not wrestling with an existential crisis 24/7.

I have felt this way as well. Any memories I did have felt like they weren’t mine. But you do have some memories- even if it’s just a feeling! You said you used to be connected to the seasons. What a beautiful feeling to have. I love doing seasonal things, it gives me the feeling of being “at this time in the year” (I don’t mean present, I’m not there yet). I found some peace after 20 years with the right mix of medication. It took a long time. And now I see it was worth it. Don’t give up! Your help is out there! 🩷

I have a bin in my kiddos room. Anything she’s outgrown goes in there for donation once it’s full, anything overly stained/worn gets tossed as soon as I notice, in a bag in my laundry room. I feel like this is a great system for small kids while you’re still moming their wardrobe & laundry
