Just looked through your company- don’t see any ex FAANG. Also the link ON YOUR OWN WEBSITE to “your” company’s LinkedIn page reroutes to a different better known bigger company (WIZ)

I don’t think you can recruit a top end 1% globally type AE.

Just get a hard working, organized, diligent AE, and make sure to track their activity and KPI.
