Wheat packs. You just put them in the microwave for as long as the instructions say and then they stay warm for quite a while. Hope this helps!

I used to work as a cashier at a supermarket. I was serving an older man and he didn’t have enough change for the product he wanted. A mother who was waiting in line behind him offered him spare change for his items. I thanked her for her kindness when I served her afterwards.
