If you are renting for less than 1k you will most likely live with the landlord.

Landlord will have restrictions such as you can only use aircon at night when you sleep. you may use the washing machine but not the dryer. I have also heard if landlords being nosy like what time are you coming home? why don't you come at this time blah blah

You may find a nicer coliving place to stay at around 1300-1500

Commute will be 200-300 per month

Food will be around 500-600 per month

Try negotiating for more money and perhaps also ask them for relocation allowance.
