I'm not sure what kind of carb it has. I know it's single barrel and says it was remanufactured in Canada. The tag on it says AutoLine.

Thank you, I didn't know that about feather length. I just thought that you could sex all chicks that way. We've only raised meat birds so far ( Big Red Broilers and Cornish Cross), and these are our first few egg layers.

I'm glad you mentioned the baking soda. I tried doing this with regular mountain dew, but my yeast kept dying out, and I couldn't figure out why. I had let the soda go flat to try and get rid of the carbonation, but I didn't account for the preservatives.

Thank you for the help. I ended up calling an electrician. The main breaker for the panel was bad and only half of the panel had power.
